Shipping:

“Free” shipping included on the ZSPEC Design website is a best-method (our choice) to deliver your order domestically within the United States.  Typically, orders ship within 1-2 business days of order receipt and most orders should arrive within 3-5 business days.  Note, if you require expedited shipping, contact us prior to ordering and we can offer you additional shipping options.

For international shipping, we are happy to ship abroad, but our website does not calculate international shipping.  Please Contact Us using our online form or email us directly for a shipping quote.


Returns:

 

Any returns must be pre-authorized by Contacting Us and getting RMA approval prior to sending merchandise back.

Merchandise returns will only be accepted if items are in new, unused condition and refunds (if approved) will be subject to 15% restocking fee.  Buyer/customer will be responsible for return-postage costs.
